Britney Spears and Adnan Ghalib ARE happily dating Finalpixxceleb.com can exclusively reveal- despite reports to the contrary.
The 26 year old star is NOT using drugs - as has been speculated by completely unsubstantiated stories stemming from unreliable news outlets.
And, Finalpixx would also like to correct a series of incorrect stories that have been miss-reported in the media over the past two weeks.
Britney and Adnan did not vanish this past weekend, they simply chose to spend some much-needed quality time away from the constant pressure of being hounded by the media.
During her brief stay in Cedars Sinai medical center last week, Britney's father Jamie Spears and Adnan were the only two people that the singer requested visit her.
After being released from the hospital Britney and Adnan spent the night and the following days together resting, eating, sleeping, shopping and talking about life and the love they have for their families.
Although many people who are close to Britney have spoken out about her at this difficult time, Adnan has not spoken to any media outlet and feels that it would not be of benefit to her for him to do so at this time.
And, should he choose to speak about Britney, he only has positive things to say about her and the time that they have spent together.
Teams of reporters and television news crews and a huge pack of paparazzi have been on Britney's doorstep around the clock for the past week.
Despite such heavy scrutiny, the pair are enjoying a healthy, normal relationship and contrary to reports Adnan is absolutely NOT shopping his story via Finalpixx for $5 million US dollars.
And, we can confirm that Adnan is married but has been separated from his wife for over a year.
Finalpixx is a picture agency providing content to media outlets on a global scale. Finalpixx has never tried to negotiate a $5 million dollar deal involving Adnan and Britney.
The ABC 20/20 interview that Adnan participated in free of charge was filmed before anything had happened between Britney and Adnan and the airing of the interview was just coincidental.

Next court date: Febuary 19th
In Britney's absence this morning, the court ruled that there would be no change to the current visitation rights.
It seems that Miss Spears is going to have to wait longer and fight harder to regain joint custody of her children..
The only way that Britney can see her children is if her legal team request an emergency hearing before the next court date on the 19th of February and a change is made to visitation at that time.
"The word victory is not something that Mister Federline nor his counsel would ascribe to the result of the court ruling today," said Federline's lawyer, Mark Vincent Kaplan.
He added, "There is no joyous feelings in this grave situation. At some point, it is Mister Federline's hope to parent the minor children with participation from the mother."
Personally we find it hard to believe K-Fed seriously wants Britney’s participation when so much money is at stake.

First of all, we all know that Adnan is married yet also separated. They definitely did NOT get married folks. The word is that the couple went to The Little Brown Chapel in the Valley to deposit their notes to God.
Bradnan accompanied by Osama Bin Lufti and an unknown guy spent literally ten minutes in the house of God before leaving for lunch at Goucho Grill in Studio City.

US Magazine reports that Gwyneth Paltrow was admitted to New York's Mount Sinai Hospital yesterday afternoon.
In the early evening a prescription bag labeled "Gwyneth Martin", from NYC organics supply store was delivered.
A source tells Us Magazine she and Martin were spending the night at the hospital.
The reason for the hospital visit is still unknown; we do know that the couple are now safely back at home.
Her rep Stephen Huvane tells Us Magazine, "We are not commenting as it's a personal matter."
Hmmmm, personal?

TMZ reports that Zac Efron was admitted to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center earlier today suffering from appendicitis.
His rep said, “He had his appendix removed and is recuperating.”
Zac should make a full recovery from the surgery, which shouldn’t disrupt the filming of High School Musical 3: Senior Year at all.

It's a good thing tears never show in the pouring rain.
Songs with a great beat and lyrics about broken hearts and lost love has always been in fashion. From The Supremes to Alicia Keys it's just amazing. Sad, but amazing. Robyn's 'Be Mine' perfectly describes the feeling when seeing the love of your life walking by hand in hand with the new love. The broken spirit can be heard in her voice and it is so sad. Released in Europe three years ago it's climbing it's way on the UK charts as we speak. #23 on just downloads this week! A US hit if we ever heard one. One of the best tracks of the decade.
And just FYI: Robyn owns her own record label 'Konichiwa Records' which is amazing. And she does the backing vocals to Britney's 'Piece of Me'.

Final Pixx EXCLUSIVE: Adnan bails out X17
After another jaunt to Gaucho Grill in Studio City Adnan and Spears make a brief stop at a close by Starbucks before heading home.
So far a fairly normal day in the Bradnan saga. Until Britney decides to go for a late night drive back over the hill into Studio City.
Minutes after hitting Ventura Boulevard the Pop Princess was flagged down by a Police car and three X17 Photographers proceeded to get detained and then arrested for what we believe to be reckless driving, but who knows.
We do know that four Photogs in total were released at 11:30am this morning on $5,000 bail.
We hear that Spears did in fact plead with the officers not to arrest the Paparazzo’s involved but with no success they were taken to jail in Van Nuys, CA.
After spending the early hours at the Van Nuys Police station, Final Pixx’s ex-employee and Britney’s other half Adnan Ghalib did in fact bail out two previous colleagues and friends who work for the X17 agency.
Adnan commented: “They are good guys who got caught up in an unfortunate situation. Friends are friends, of course I’m going to do what I can to help them”.
After Britney and Sam Lufti’s pleads were denied by Van Nuys Police they went on a late night shopping trip to Kitson on Robertson Boulevard in West Hollywood. After a strenuous shop the pair emerged around 2.00am and headed back towards Britney’s Mullholland mansion via Ralph’s for a food run.

The Oscars may be safe!
The most anticlimactic award show on the planet may be saved if the writers strike ends pretty soon.
According to perezhilton.com, the Directors Guild began negotiating with the AMPTP at the beginning of this month. And they've already reached a deal, it was announced on Thursday. It took them just six days of negotiating.
The writers, on the other hand, have been on strike since November 5th and talks between them and the producers reached a standstill in early December.
Both the writers and the directors were fighting for the same issues (Internet and DVD royalties). Now that the DGA has been able to reach a deal, hopefully the Writers Guild can use that as a blueprint for their own deal.
Big Media has to step up to the plate and begin the talks again, and together the writers and producers need to bring this ugly chapter in Hollywood to a close.
Hopefully they can resolve the issue soon and get the writers back on the market.
You may have noticed that we definitely need a good one!!

The sun.co.uk exclusively reveal that Brit couple Lilly Allen and her Chemical Brother boyfriend Ed Simons have lost their baby.
The Sun goes on to say: Pop star Lily was distraught last night after losing her baby.
The singer, 22, had a miscarriage after returning from a romantic holiday in the Maldives with boyfriend ED SIMONS, 37. A source said.
They are in a state of shock.
The heartbroken singer was eagerly looking forward to her first child - and turned her back on her party lifestyle in order to be the perfect mum.
Singer Lily, 22, and boyfriend Ed Simons, 37, were last night being comforted by family and friends after she had a miscarriage.
Lily’s entire outlook on life changed after she found out she was pregnant. She was looking forward to being a mum and starting a family with Ed.
Her spokesman said:
We can confirm that Lily Allen has suffered a miscarriage. She and her partner Ed Simons will be making no further comment and we ask that their privacy be respected during this difficult time.

British Actors and best buds Jason Statham and ex-soccer player Vinnie Jones enjoyed lunch at Cafe Med on Sunset Plaza yesterday, also pictured is Vinnie's wife Tanya Jones.
The loud threesome laughed joked and sipped beer in the California sun before parting ways in a loving British manner, which consisted of swearing, hand gestures and smiles.
Jason who is permanently stationed in Los Angeles due to filming duties seems to be fairly fond of the Sunset strip eatery.
We actually photographed Statham at the same cafe yesterday afternoon, and while chatting to the Plaza security guards as we waited for him to leave the cafe they told us he was there the same time the day before.
Either the food is great or he has no imagination.

Hollywood crackdown!
The images we have here are photographs of citations issued today to the five snappers involved in the on going Britney drama. None of which were isssued to Final Pixx.
An article in the Los Angeles Times today states:
As paparazzi become ever more competitive in their quest for the perfect tabloid photo, complaints about their tactics are intensifying.
Paparazzi who follow Britney Spears 24/7, got into a high-speed chase with the pop star late Wednesday night in the San Fernando Valley, prompting police to arrest four (three of which X17) photographers on suspicion of reckless driving.
In response, Los Angeles law enforcement officials are beginning to crack down.
"Their numbers -- and aggressiveness -- have grown exponentially," said Sheriff's Department spokesman Steve Whitmore, who cited a case this week in which West Hollywood sheriff's deputies were called to a gym after paparazzi brought traffic on Melrose Avenue to a standstill as they jostled to photograph Jessica Alba.
The LAPD is developing its own "zero tolerance" policy, using the state vehicle code and traffic and loitering laws to cite photographers who block traffic and lay siege to neighborhoods.
Law enforcement officials have long expressed concerns about paparazzi, particularly a newer breed of highly aggressive photographers who follow some big stars wherever they go. The market for such photos has increased significantly in recent years as Internet gossip sites have come on the scene, competing for images with the traditional tabloids and celebrity magazines.
We at Final Pixx completely agree that right now enough is enough. It has got completely out of hand, and is a potential time bomb waiting to explode.
Someone is going to get seriously hurt unless appropriate action is taken to thwart the rogue agencies that employ aggressive and inexperienced snappers.
With such interest in celebrities in this day in age, there is little, if no control in such a fast paced and lucrative industry. And with that, an industry that is fueled by the general publics insatiable thirst for news and images.
It’s very easy to point the fingers and lay the blame on the individual agencies. Not saying that we aren’t all to blame but there is a bigger picture here.
Be it the tabloids, the blogs, or the ever-increasing amount of television networks jumping on the celebrity bandwagon.
Now the problem we face is on the streets; the streets have become swarmed with ever increasing numbers of Photographers fighting for the ever-dwindling paycheck. Some of them in it for the long run who are feeling the pain of it more and more, and others with little if no respect for the industry who are simply trying to make a quick buck.
This new breed of Paparazzi and the aggressive agencies are ruining this taboo, but undeniably important part of the entertainment business.
We would love it to go back to the way it used to be.

Final Pixx: Adnan do you have any comments regarding these posted allegations?
Adnan: All I can say is that I have not been in contact with Britney since early Friday morning.
The reason being, that I have had to attend a family funeral in Santa Barbara. My phone has been off during this time out of respect for my family. I am only now becoming aware of what is being said. I hope to be back home in Los Angeles soon and to be in contact with Miss Spears.

UK tabloid The Sun has exclusive videotape of singing sensation Amy Winehouse smoking crack cocaine during a house party.
Amy was also filmed boasting that she had taken six Valium pills whilst snorting cocaine and MDMA powder (powdered ecstasy).

R.I.P
Australian Actor Heath Ledger has sadly died in his NY apartment. He was found dead in his bed in one of his residences in Soho by his housekeeper at 3:35 PM ET today.
Law enforcement sources say they believe there is no indication of foul play.
The 28-year-old actor has a two-year-old daughter with former fiancee Michelle Williams. He was set to play the Joker in the upcoming Batman film "The Dark Knight which has just wrapped filming.
Our thoughts go out to his family and friends.

Accident on Sunset!
Despite bogus reports from bitter press agencies that Britney Spears and ex-paparazzo Adnan Ghalib are separated, the duo step out yet again, this time at Tony Taverna’s Greek restaurant in Malibu, CA.
The couple left in Britney’s SL 65 Mercedes with Adnan at the wheel at around 6:00 pm. This people is fact.
However, Adnan was definitely NOT responsible for the accident that occurred when a Motorcyclist was knocked from his bike on Sunset Blvd approximately thirty minutes later.
The motorcyclist is heard on numerous occasions and documented by numerous agencies video camera’s that he himself was to blame for the accident.
Adnan and the cyclist involved have agreed to do an interview to diffuse any vicious rumors.
Luckily no one was badly hurt in the incident.

Britney refuses to go in to the courtroom.
Last second nerves seem to have got to the mother of two; as a result her assistant and Sam lufti have left the courthouse in Britney’s limousine.
Final pixx witnessed Lufti and the assistant switching from the Limo to a silver SUV, they then proceeded to head up towards the 101 freeway from 5th St in Downtown Los Angeles.
Britney and her attorney are STILL in court.

Numerous reports say Brit has been seen leaving court in a silver Mercedes heading back towards Hollywood.
Due to Britney’s alleged bipolar disorder, Commissioner Gordon has repeatedly requested Miss Spears seeks mental evaluation but she has refused to commit herself to a hospital for professional treatment.
She cannot be involuntarily committed and has yet made any attempt to do so. However Brits lawyers have tried to put forward a plea to get visitation rights renewed while undergoing professional guidance. This professional guidance has yet to commence and thus stalling the possibility of regaining joint custody
Basically nothings changed.
Hopefully this time the severity of the whole situation has become a little clearer and Brit will do what is required to get her children back.

Heath Ledger update
Pneumonia has been ruled out as the cause of death of Heath Ledger.
The death of Heath Ledger was a tragic accident, his Australian family said on Wednesday after the actor was found dead at his New York apartment.
Two of the medications found at Heath Ledger's apartment were Xanax and Valium, both anti-anxiety drugs. Cops also found Ambien and a rolled up twenty dollar bill found in his apartment.
NYPD sources say that cops found a $20 bill rolled up "in a certain way" with a powdered substance on it. Sources say they don't know what the nature of the powder is, but it's being tested at the police lab.
CBS 2 in NYC is reporting cops found drug packets along with the $20 bill in Ledger's apartment.
Ledgers ex-wife Michelle Williams and the actor's daughter, Matilda, are on their way back to New York.
Williams, who had been filming in Sweden and is said to be "in her own world" right now.
Production on Heath's most recent film, the Terri Gilliam-directed 'The Imaginarium of Doctor Parnassus', has been shut down.
Heath recently completed filming his role as the Joker in 'The Dark Knight', set for release in July.
The film’s makers, Warner Bros, said in a statement:
“The studio is stunned and devastated by this tragic news. The entertainment community has lost an enormous talent".
“Heath was a brilliant actor and an exceptional person. Our hearts go out to his family and friends.”
The movie will be released as scheduled and will include a tribute to the Actors life.
Michael Caine, his co-star in the Batman film, recently spoke of Ledger as an extraordinary talent.
“I tell you the big surprise in the new Batman – Heath Ledger as the Joker. He’s fantastic,” he said in October.
Model Helena Christensen who was recently linked to the Actor has revealed to Women's Wear Daily:
"I was on my way over to pay him a visit when I found out," she says. "I had just left him a message and heard his voice on the machine. He was such a special and genuine person, so extraordinarily talented because he was so raw and honest with his feelings. He was so full of life, so electric."
Sean ‘Puffy’ Combs, who was escorted to his on-screen execution by Heath in “Monster’s Ball,” expressed his devastation in an interview with ReelzChannel.
“We just stayed up and talked all night. I just saw him a couple of weeks ago. I saw him and we exchanged numbers and we were gonna call each other when we got back into New York,” Diddy said. “So I’m just trying to deal with it. But a great, great person. Huge talent.”
Meanwhile, Mel Gibson, who worked with Heath on the 2000 drama “The Patriot,” released the following statement to Access Hollywood:
“I had such great hope for him. He was just taking off and to lose his life at such a young age is a tragic loss. My thoughts and prayers are with him and his family.”
During the G’Day USA event on Tuesday night in New York, John Travolta also offered his condolences.
“I adored him. I don't know how to compare his talent to others, but he's touched me deeply as a talent and, it’s a great loss,” Travolta told Access. “Losing him at any age would be a loss but it was pretty rough news. I was really shocked by it.”
Later, inside the event, Travolta told the Australia Plays Broadway audience, “I would give back all my awards and nominations to get him back. We love you Heath, wherever you are.”
“Similar thing with River Phoenix, not in the circumstances in the way they died, but just the fact that they were so young,” – Director Rob Reiner.

Finally the truth is out!
After weeks of the bitter agency X17 bad-mouthing us here at Final Pixx people are starting to get a glimpse of the truth.
Its pretty much been accepted in the industry that Lufti and X17 have been in bed together since he has been on the scene. He will eventually take Britney’s money just like he’s allegedly been taking X17’s.

We're told Lufti is about to arrive at the offices of K-Daddy's lawyer, Mark Vincent Kaplan. Lutfi has tried to block the depo, even running from Aaron Cohen, who served him with the depo subpoena.
We're told one of the lines of questioning involves the photo agency X17. We're told Kaplan wants to know if Brit made a deal with X17 to "catch" her living life, and if Lutfi is the bagman. If Brit is making money from a photo agency, that wouldn't sit well with the Commish.

Heath Ledger update
According to People magazine, the masseuse who discovered Heath Ledger's body spoke to the actor's friend Mary-Kate Olsen twice on the phone before dialing 911, police sources confirm.
Masseuse Diana Wolozin arrived at Ledger's Manhattan apartment to give him a massage at about 2:45 p.m. on Tuesday. When he didn't come out of his bedroom, she called his cell phone and got no answer, according to the sources.
She then went inside his bedroom, saw him lying in bed, set up the massage table near his bed, and shook him. When the 28-year-old actor did not respond, the masseuse – who knew that Ledger was friends with Olsen – used the speed dial on Ledger's cell phone to call Olsen in California asking for help, the sources say.
Olsen, 21, initially told the masseuse she would call security people in New York for help. The masseuse then called Olsen back to say she would call 911 herself, the sources say.
According to reports in the New York Post and New York's Daily News, Ledger and the Olsen twin were dating.

Britney's uncle speaks out!
THE uncle of Britney Spears speaks to British tabloid The Sun about his troubled niece.
He says Brit, 26, started drinking when she was a 13-year-old and has dabbled with drugs from the age of 14 back when she was a Mickey Mouse Club presenter.
William Spears - known as Willie – lives in his camper van home near Britney’s hometown of Kentwood, Louisiana.
After her turbulent early years, Willie says she went “buck-wild” on turning 18, snorting cocaine on her birthday, adding: “She has tried just about everything - cocaine, crystal meth, ecstasy.”
Willie claims her recent meltdown can be traced back to her difficult past.
He says: “I’m not just a family friend or someone who claims to know them. I was there every day, working with them. I have seen all the terrible things happen.”
But Willie is certain Britney was exposed to drink and drugs long before she hit the big time.
“She is a ruthless little thing, make no mistake. Nobody controls her. She bosses everyone around her.”
Willie says his brother Jamie - Britney’s dad - must take a large chunk of responsibility for her boozy lifestyle.
“Just about everyone in the Spears family is a drunk and Britney’s dad Jamie was one of the worst.
“He would drink from daylight to night. Britney saw him drunk all the time.”
Jamie went into rehab in 2004 to overcome an addiction to alcohol and painkillers - but the damage to his family was already done.
Willie is a recovering drug addict and has been clean for more than four years. But sensationally he admits taking drugs with Britney in the past.
He says: “I know she did cocaine on her 18th birthday - I was there."
“We were at a party in an apartment and I spotted her doing a line just before I did one. We smoked pot together too.”
Willie says rows, violent outbursts and heavy drinking were all regular features of Britney’s formative years.
Her parents Jamie and Lynne divorced in 2002 but Brit was exposed to their hell-raising rows when she was growing up.
“At first Britney was a scared child. You would catch her crying when people were fighting.”
“As she got older it started to rub off on her and she would scream and curse at them and try desperately to get them to stop fighting.”
He says: “Britney is in an unstable state of mind now and there is nothing anyone can do about it. She is not listening to anybody.
“She has fired all the people around her who cared because she simply doesn’t want people to tell her to stop doing the things she is doing.”
Willie believes Britney’s demise was inevitable.
He adds: “She was a sweet young girl but as she grew up and saw the violence, the alcohol and everything, she became what she saw - as mean and hard-drinking as the rest of the family.
“That kind of childhood would make anyone unstable. It did with me".

Star magazine is reporting that Angelina Jolie is expecting twins!
Angie has only just discovered that she is eating for three over the past week, a source very close to the actress reveals.
Star has learned that Angelina hastily cancelled a long-scheduled trip to Europe when she first found out about her pregnancy.
Not only are Pitt and Jolie expecting at least one little Pitt, it was just announced that a judge has allowed the addition of Brad’s surname to Jolie’s children who will now legally have the last name Jolie-Pitt. Jolie’s lawyer Evan Speigel said, "I can confirm that Ms. Jolie’s petition was granted today. Their names are Maddox Jolie-Pitt and Zahara Jolie-Pitt." Pitt is in the process of officially adopting the children. Jolie adopted Maddox from Cambodia in 2002 and Zahara was adopted from Ethiopia last year.

Madonna has expanded her property empire by buying a £6 million house next door to her eight-bedroom home in central London.
Madge already owns at least five properties in London, including the £7 million Marylebone town house.
It has been reported that she intends to turn the four-story mansion into a fully equipped gym and personal workout centre.
Madonna and her husband, Director Guy Ritchie purchased their 10-room Georgian town house for £3.1 million from the designer and developer Paul Davies in 2006.
A source said: "Madonna knows that when Paul Davies moves into the area, it means prices are going to rocket. She said she wanted to buy the whole street."
It is reported that Madonna had competition for the house from British comedian Jennifer Saunders and famous celebrity photographer Mario Testino.
She and Ritchie also have homes in New York and Beverly Hills.
So if she has a gym joined to her house it will mean no more pictures like these of her leaving pilates!

She slept in again
The other Judge involved in the other Britney Spears case has stated that if the matter of her not being able to provide a valid license is not resolved by February 20, it will go to trial.
According to TMZ, prosecutors wanted to put Brit on 12 months probation, but agreed to let go of probation if she agreed to pay the maximum fine of $3,000.
Brit's lawyer, Michael Flanagan, won't accept those terms and wants the misdemeanor charge lowered to a fix-it ticket.

Britney should have attended the Van Nuys court at 8:30 this morning, but since Brit Brit was running around Los Angeles till 5:00 am we will be surprised if we see her before three this afternoon.

Christian Brando dies at 49
Christian Brando, eldest son of screen legend Marlon Brando, has died.
Brando passed away on Saturday at 2:45 a.m. at Hollywood Presbyterian hospital.
Pneumonia is said to be the cause of death, Brando was hospitalized earlier this week with the illness. It was reported that the prognosis was for a complete recovery.
The late actor pleaded guilty in 1990 to manslaughter for killing his sister's boyfriend and spent six years in prison.

After months praying it wouldn’t go ahead, 80s boy band New Kids on The Block are planning a comeback.
The band’s website, nkotb.com, which had been offline for months, possibly years, is now back up and running in anticipation of the official announcement, which should be expected in the next few weeks.
The site currently shows a television graphic with a fuzzy, flickering photos of NKOTB in their heyday, and a link inviting fans to sign up to their newsletter.
NKOTB split in 1994, and since the split they have also aged! The record labels seem to have overlooked this a little.

BREAKING NEWS: Did Sam hit Britney?
Just moments ago a distraught Britney and Sam Lufti had a massive bust-up outside Spears’s gated community.
“Go fuck your Paparazzi boyfriend!” screamed Lufti before speeding off.
A teary eyed Spears sat on the curb holding her Yorkshire terrier ‘London’ and sporting what looked like a red mark on her face.
Minutes after Spears had driven down to her house, paparazzo boyfriend Adnan turned up at the gates of The Summit only to be denied access. The security at the Summit have been ordered by Lufti not to let Ghalib in through the gates.
As we speak the helicopters are in the air and the police have stared to arrive in their hoards.

Statement from Adnan via FPX.
Adnan did not try to break into Britney’s house.
Anyone who claims that to be the case has been severely misinformed.
The truth is that Sam Lutfi started an argument with Britney and the two ended up in a screaming fight. Sam continued to verbally abuse Britney as she sat barefoot on the curb at her Summit home crying holding her dog London.
Britney called Adnan for help and he heard the distress in her voice and drove to the Summit immediately. While outside the gates he was denied access as Sam Lutfi had informed the guards that he was not allowed entry. When Adnan then tried to call Britney it seems that Sam had turned all of her cell phones off.
Britney is safe with paparazzi photographer Felipe from Fame at the moment.
Our thoughts are with her all the way.

Update!!
When Jamie Spears turned up the guards would not let him in as Sam Lutfi would not let anyone get near Britney's house.
It was only after photographers standing outside explained the situation and who he was that Jamie was allowed access to The Summit.
He looked extremely distressed.

Mother and daughter.
After an intense couple of hours FPX can confirm that Britney is safe at home with her mother, Lynne. Adnan has gone home as he felt that mother and daughter needed some time to themselves.

Brit's new wig
When our favorite starlet gets her wig on we know we're in store for a ride.
So far it’s been pretty much just that though.
Brit Brit and Sam went for a leisurely drive down to Ventura Blvd in Studio City and then back to the Summit on Mulholland Dr. A usual morning so far.
Brits at a Doctors appointment at the moment, we hope all is well.

Britney and Adnan met up at Jerry's Deli in Studio City earlier today to share a meal and spend some time together. As you can see they weren't the only ones who thought this was a great day to spend out and about. It's been a fantastic day in L.A and our favorites, Britney and Adnan seemed to think so as well.

Amy put on drip in hospital
Our favorite Wino was taken to hospital yesterday as she was vomiting and experience withdrawal symptoms.
Poor Amy was dehydrated and the clinic she's in did not have sufficient medical facilities.
Amy's been in rehab since January and is hopefully heading to L.A for the Grammy Awards in less than 10 days as she is nominated in 6 categories.
We do love her and hope that she can pull herself together as we would love to have her out here.

In the world of Britney....
Britney's parents spent the day in an L.A court filing for a probate conservatorship for the estate of Britney Spears. And as far as we are told Brit's dad Jamie has been granted the right as conservator together with a lawyer. So it will be Brit's dad in control over Britney and her assets.
And it looks like Sam has a new restraining order to add to those filed against him in the past.

Paula Abdul rocked it out during the Superbowl earlier today. Considering the fact that Paula hasn't released an album since 1995 this was actually a really cool performance. She still got it. Not too sure about if this will be a mega hit. If it was 1989 there would be not doubt that she would make it to #1. So hook her up with some contemporary producers and we are sure she will kick some serious butt.

Heigl's smash and grab!
Katherine Heigl's husband Josh Kelly had his SUV broken into last night outside their Los Feliz home.
Kelly's green Dodge Durango's driver side window had been smashed and his GPS was the only thing the theif managed to grab, despite 2 classic guitars and various music equipment that lay on the back seat.
Despite the incident Josh seemed to be in great spirits.
When asked if Katherine was going to vote, she replied:

Britney Spears released from UCLA
Britney Spears just released from her psychiatric stay at UCLA medical center to be taken back within a few hours. As soon as she was released today Britney was back on the streets mobbed by the paparazzi. She had her bodyguard in her new mercedes with her while she drove aimlessly around Pacific Palisades, Beverly Hills and West Hollywood. After an hour of driving Britney threw her bodyguard out of her car, a photographer jumped into her car to end up at the Beverly Hills Hotel. The police, her mom Lynne, and father are now on their way to the hotel to pick up Britney to take her back to the hospital.

Bonnie and Clyde are confirmed to have snuck out of Britney's lawyer’s offices in Century City just minutes ago.
They must have set up a decoy car as paps and helicopters surrounded the building waiting for them to depart.
Adman’s vehicle is still in the underground parking structure.

Final Pixx: EXCLUSIVE: The story so far!
What we know so far in a nutshell, is that Britney Spears checked out of the UCLA Medical centre earlier on today.
She immediately drove back to her home at The Summit before heading back out again with much apprehension of where she wanted to go, eventually settling on her trusted Beverly Hills Hotel.
Adnan, cars, lawyers, Century City, disappearing act blah blah blah, X17 pulling their hair out.....
Basically, Ghalib who was called directly by Britney upon her release, she had requested for Adnan to meet her at the Beverly Hills which he did, but unaware of the technicalities of her release. That people, at this moment remains the same. A mystery.
Lots of rumors.
Time will tell...
Adnan has been in contact with her parents previous to today’s events, and as the day has unraveled they have all agreed to get Britney safely back to her home so that she can get the medical care and love that she deserves.
We can reveal that Britney’s family, including Adnan are taking care of Miss Spears at The Summit and are all doing very well.
We hope and believe this is the true start of her recovery.

News just in.. Amy winehouse will not be attending the 2008 Grammy Awards, as there is a small issue with her Visa. Both Kanye West and Amy have the nod for recieving the most nominations, she will however accept the awards via sattelite.

The amazing Amy Winehouse won 5 Grammy Awards tonight (Record of the Year, Song of the Year, Best New Artist and Pop Female Vocal Performance) and her reaction was pricless. As she performed via satellite from London she showed off her post rehab look and we are so happy for her. She looks so much better. Hopefully this make a brand new start for our beloved and hopefully ex Wino.
And it was all about the music.
Amy's had a brilliant year career wise leaving her personal life in shambles. But we sincerely hope that 2008 marks the year when she turns it all around.

Brit late for court, or not going at all?
Proceedings are scheduled to begin at 1:30 p.m., Pacific time.
A commissioner is considering extended control over Spears's estate, giving her father Jamie the rains on his daughters life and financial assets once again.
The courts seem to agree that his approach is keeping Britney safe and out of trouble.
We also agree.

Steal – Ling!
Chinese actress/…..? was arrested (Not the fashion Police this time) this morning for allegedly shoplifting at Los Angeles International Airport.
Bail Ling apparently taxed two copies of Star Magazine (with Adnan on the cover) and two packs of AA batteries!
Ling racked up $16 worth of goods from the heist!
Los Angeles Airport Police spokesman Jim Holcomb told Reuters Ling was booked on suspicion of shoplifting $16 worth of merchandise, a misdemeanor, and ordered to appear in court on May 5th.
We can’t wait for the mugs-hot.
